Almond Joy Candy

Almond Joy Homemade Candy
2 cups white sugar
2 cups white corn syrup
pinch of salt
½ cup water
Cook to soft ball stage.  Pour over large package of coconut and stir.  When cools,form in balls.  Press in almonds and dip in chocolate/
