Fresh Apple Cake

Fresh Apple Cake


3 cups flour
2 cups sugar 1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Salt
3 cups fresh chopped apples
1 cup broken pecans
3 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 cup Wesson oil
2 tsp. Vanilla

Sift first three ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, then mix in the apples and pecans.  Mix liquid with dry ingredients-make sure all is moistened.  Combine the mixtures and put into an oblong pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
