Pineapple Cheesecake

Pineapple Cheesecake


Crust
 11 full graham crackers  
 ¼ cup margarine or butter (melted)
 1/3 cup powdered sugar
 ½ tsp. Cinnamon
 ½ tsp. Nutmeg

Mix and press on bottom and sides of pie pan.


Filling
 8 ounce package cream cheese
 2/3 cup powdered sugar
 1 cup crushed pineapple
 1 package Lucky whip


Add sugar and crushed pineapple to creamed cream cheese.  Beat Lucky whip and add, folding gently.  Pour in crust and chill overnight.
